The platform is designed for professional B2B use. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, contracts, or revenue from platform participation.
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legally registered organization or act as an individual professional. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation is prohibited.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, spam, harassment, or the distribution of malicious software. You agree not to scrape, replicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent. Any attempt to manipulate the partnership matching system is strictly forbidden.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant NetConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
NetConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business opportunities or data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, without prior notice. You may also discontinue use at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections on liability, content license, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the service.
